✨ What You’ll Do:
🔸 Lead the development and governance of scalable UI design systems
🔸 Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints
🔸 Conduct UI audits to uphold accessibility and design standards
🔸 Mentor a team of visual/UI designers and drive creative excellence
🔸 Translate wireframes into engaging, high-fidelity interfaces

🎯 What You Bring:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Visual Design, Digital Media, or related field
✔ Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation tools
✔ Experience with UI audits, accessibility design, and cross-platform consistency
✔ Strong collaboration and leadership skills
