Hiring Senior Pneumatic Waste Collection (PWC) Design Engineer:
Job Description:
• Assist the Client for providing efficient, effective Pneumatic Waste collection (PWC) Services for Sub-Developments and Public areas.
• Prepare and manage detailed procedures related with Pneumatic Waste Collection services connections of Sub-Developments with Lusail’s Pneumatic Waste Collection Network by including but not limited to responsibility matrix for Sub-Developers PWC systems, design, construction, testing & Commissioning, inspections, approvals, dry test run approvals etc.
• Ensure all compliance by Sub-Developers for Integration of Sub- Developments PWC systems with Lusail’s Main PWC service Network and supervise the integration Test conducted by Lusail’s PWC Service Providers.
• Manage Issuance of “Conformance Certificate” to Sub Developers after successful activation of PWC services to Sub-Developments.
• Prepare, review, and manage Pneumatic Waste Collection System Design Guidelines for Sub- Developments as per best practice in Waste Management & applicable Codes & Standards.
• Prepare and manage, Application Procedure for Pneumatic Waste Management services for Sub Developments by including but not limited to i.e., Registration and Request for Information, performing reviews & approvals for PWC Preliminary design stage, Detailed Design stage Material submittals, Method statement, Installation, and Inspections, Dry Test, Run etc.
• Periodic review & Audit of Sub Developments active PWC systems in order to ensure that PWC systems within Sub-Developments are properly managed and there are no adverse effects on Main PWC system/ Network due to PWC services to the Sub-Developments.
• Develop, implement, and manage an Asset Registry Methodology, including activation status for CAFM system uploads related with PWC services for Sub developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of Post qualification experience in similar role associated with PWC systems.
