We’re Hiring “Senior IT Executive”
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior IT Executive to join our dynamic IT team. This role requires a solid foundation in IT infrastructure management, including virtualization with VMware, Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Cisco switching, and hardware/software support and effective project management. Additionally, the ideal candidate will manage the system-based inventory, ensure timely responses to IT system tickets, and ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to troubleshoot issues and provide proactive IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network switches and related network infrastructure.
• Managing and maintaining Cisco Wi-Fi devices and ensuring smooth end-user connectivity across the organization.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on NVR systems and CCTV cameras
• Monitor the health of network devices, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they affect operations.
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Assist in setting up and managing group policies, OUs and remote profiles
• Ensure proper access control and permissions for data sharing between departments.
• Manage and monitor antivirus solutions across the organization to ensure devices are protected against malware and other security threats.
• Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory system, ensuring all equipment is properly tagged and monitored.
• Respond to and resolve system-related tickets within an agreed timeframe, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
• Take ownership of assigned IT projects and ensure their completion within the designated timeline and quality standards.
• Provide user-level hardware and software support, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT systems, configurations, inventory, and troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when necessary.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
CCNA, MCSE, A+ or Other relevant IT certifications will be considered an additional advantage
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and Network support
