Our Real Estate Company is seeking a dynamic and personable Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and dedicated individual who is eager to excel in the real estate market, regardless of prior experience. As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to guide clients through the purchasing, selling, and rental processes, ensuring an exceptional experience with every property transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
✔️ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
✔️ Conduct property listings and organize viewings
✔️ Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
✔️ Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
✔️ Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
Requirements:
✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong negotiation and sales abilities
✔️ High level of commitment and a strong work ethic
✔️ Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms
✔️ A real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a plus, but not initially required
✔️ One year of UAE Real Estate experience is required
⌛ Working Hours:
Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai
