Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues 🖥️
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems quickly ⚡
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications 🔧
🔹 Assist with IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, security) 🖧🔐
🔹 Provide end-user support and training 🧑💻🎓
🔹 Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations 📊⚙️
🔹 Maintain IT documentation and inventory 📑📦
Required Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
💼 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
🔹 Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
🔹 Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Active Directory, and Office 365
🔹 Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues 🛠️
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 🗣️💡
