The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within our company. This position requires a proactive individual who can conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes while collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and source qualified candidates for open positions.
– Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs.
– Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
– Develop and deliver training programs related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
– Proven skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing.
– Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
– Experience with applicant tracking systems.
– Skills in training & development, learning management, and instructional design.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– Professional HR certification is a plus.
