🔧 Operations: Monitor the performance and uptime of EV charging stations (AC & DC fast chargers).
Assist in remote diagnostics and reporting via backend platforms.
Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with safety and operational standards. 🔧 Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment).
Diagnose and repair hardware faults in chargers, control panels, and communication modules. Replace or service components like contactors, power modules, cables, fuses, and connectors. 🔧 Technical Support:
Coordinate with OEMs and backend support for software/hardware issues.
Interface with mobile app support and ticketing systems for user complaints or faults. Maintain technical documentation and update maintenance logs regularly.🔧 Installation Assistance (if applicable):
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new EV chargers and related infrastructure. Support pre-installation site surveys and electrical readiness checks.
hashtagRequired hashtagQualifications:
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field. 📈 3+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of EV chargers or electrical systems. ⚡ Knowledge of power systems, circuit protection, and low-voltage systems. 🛠️ Experience with tools such as multimeters, thermal cameras, and diagnostic software.
