Job Title: *Assistant HR Manager*
Location: *Wapda Town, Lahore*
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Salary: Up to PKR 200,000/month
Job Summary:
Seeking an Assistant HR Manager with 3–5 years of HR experience (1-2 years in BPO). Responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including technical and non-technical recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment (IT and non-IT roles)
Build BPO candidate pipelines
Oversee onboarding and training
Implement HR policies and compliance
Conduct performance reviews
Resolve employee issues
Enhance engagement and retention
Maintain accurate HRMS records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
3–5 years of HR experience (1-2 years in BPO)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Reporting to: Senior Management
